Dave and I had dinner at Emporia’s newest restaurant, the Huddle House, this evening. It’s at the Flying J Truck Stop just west of town. Clint Bowyer was there. Well, sort of. I had the French toast, bacon and eggs. Very good. Dave had the pot roast. He said it was good.
