In Lawrence today, I ate at Mad Greek and had my usual, spanakopita, or spinach triangles. Mad Greek is not consistent; sometimes it’s really good, sometimes, just OK. Today, the triangles were on the soggy side, not great. But even soggy, they were better than the Mediterranean food I get in Emporia (because there are no Mediterranean restaurants in Emporia.)
LOL! I like the Mad Greek generally, too. We discovered that on Sunday they have an all-you-can-eat buffet. I was a bit dubious, but it was actually pretty good. The worst part was waiting, as there was about a 15-minute line. Yes, spanakopita!
