The Flyover People books are now available at Watermark Books, 4701 E Douglas, in Wichita.
If you live in the Wichita area, feel free to stop by Watermark and pick up a copy or two. Now I’d assume they’d place it in the Regional/Kansas section, but if you don’t see it there, please ask the friendly staff where it might be shelved.

This is an inviting store and the books are displayed attractively. The place makes me want to pick up every book, touch the colorful cover and take the book home and read it.
Like most independent bookstores, they provide extra services. There’s a meeting room in the basement, a cafe /coffeehouse on the main floor. And they have a steady stream of author events here. In June, Tracy and I visited Watermark to hear one of our favorite authors, Joshilyn Jackson, talk about her newest novel, “Backseat Saints.” (See that blog entry here.)
