Don’t know what kind of weed is in this field, but it’s a fluorescent yellow. Even without direct sunlight on it – it just glows.

UPDATE: See, I don’t know much! The folks at Santa Fe Trail Research, Larry and Carolyn Mix, looked at this photo and sent me a link. It just may be a canola field.

It looked spotty, not planted. The way it covered the ground looked like a rash, like the henbit you see running across fields, so I figured it was a weed. I stand corrected.
