Tracey Graham, head honcho of the Emporia Farmers Market, dishes out some soup today at the Lyon County Extension Office, a fund-raiser for the Farmers Market.
I think this soup was sausage potato. My friend, Grace, and I both had the sweet potato-winter squash soup. It was very flavorful and had chunks of fresh ginger.

Yum! I had the sausage potato. It was good. But the kids had the creamy tomato and that was wonderful. I’m going to have to ask for the recipe on that one.
It was yummy! Had lots of texture. I also took home the chicken corn chowder, corn muffins and dessert. I didn’t have to cook all day. Everything was delicious, including the company. Looking forward to the next soup day. Thanks for going with me, Cheryl. G:-)
