Dixie Pork Chops

I know, it’s Friday not Tuesday, but here’s a new recipe I made tonight: Dixie Pork Chops.

Had pork chops in the freezer so I Googled pork chop recipes and the first recipe I came to sounded good – AND I had all the ingredients. (That never happens.)

This was pretty tasty I thought.
