I think you must be correct, Kris. I had not heard of chicken and noodles over mashed potatoes until I moved to Kansas. And . . I grew up in Colorado, not too far from the state line. I still have a hard time having noodles and mashed potatoes in the same meal, but I don’t dislike it.
