My grandpa had a tractor that looked pretty much like this one. It sat in the farmyard and my brother and cousins and I climbed all over it like it was a jungle gym.

My jungle gyms growing up were farm implements as well. We had several old tractors including an old John Deere we affectionately called Johnny Popper due to the sound of the exhaust. I can’t look at old tractors without remembering sitting behind those oversized steering wheels and bouncing on the springy seats. These pictures bring back cherished memories.
