Attention All Pawnee Rock Grade School Students:
Because of flagrant disregard of current rules of conduct
and the misuse of classroom furniture, I am forced to
issue the following rule:
HENCEFORTH AND FOREVERMORE,
THERE WILL BE NO DANCING ON
THE TABLES ANYWHERE WITHIN
THE SCHOOL BUILDING FOR ANY
REASON WHATSOEVER.
Students are reminded that floors were made for feet, and
that’s where feet belong—on the floor.
The Principal.

Funny stuff!! I still love this picture.
In school we were taught the best way to distinguish the spelling between principle and principal is that the principal is your pal. It didn’t slip pass our attention that often times principal stood for ‘the end of fun’.
