The bulbs are awakening and busting shoots through the earth. These are near the east door of ESU’s Memorial Union.

I don’t know what kind of flowers these are (someone smart will tell me), but right now, I’m just happy to see green stalks and blue sky.

Daffodils, or narcissus; some kind of jonquil sort of thing.

I just pray we don’t get all nice a warm and toasty and wake up all the plants and get ’em all bloomin’ then get zapped with a late freeze like last year. I really want some fruit this year!!!
