The weather has really messed up our time-line to move in. We are hoping for February 1 but I think that is a stretch. The ground is so muddy there I don’t think a lift can be moved in to work on the porch. Sidewalks will also be a problem. Cannot get a certificate of occupancy without all elements completed and signed off on.
The some of the members must find temporary housing as their rental contracts expired January 1. We have arrangements with the ESU Residence Halls for extended housing contracts for those living there.
