Spicy Roasted Chicken

For new recipe night, I found a recipe on Pioneer Woman’s site: Spicy Roasted Chicken Legs. It was easy all right, and tasted pretty good – even though I used margarine and not butter.

Also, I found corn-on-the-cob at Reeble’s today 8/$1.99. Then I received Tracey Graham’s newsletter which said we can expect FRESH SWEET CORN at the Emporia Farmers Market on Wednesday.
