Bought some hydroponic basil (grown in St. John, Kansas) at the Fairlawn Dillon’s store in Topeka on Sunday. And picked up some pine nuts there, too. So tonight, I ground up some pesto for basil-tomato pizza. Yum.
Our new oven has an oven light! It’s the little things that make me happy.
