By Each evening, I reach for the lamp switch a little earlier; daylight gets crowded into a smaller and smaller box.
The autumnal equinox was three weeks ago and while October had been warm – with highs in the 70s and 80s, it felt a bit cooler today. I wore a sweatshirt this morning.
Weathermen warn us that next week will be sweatshirt weather for sure, with highs in the 50s and dipping into the 30s at night.
Yay! Oh, sorry, summer lovers, but it’s my turn now. 🙂
Did have ice on the front windshield this morning, I love colder temperatures!

Maybe it won’t be that cold Cheryl. I just looked at the Madison weather predictions and only one day is predicted to be in the high 70’s. The rest are predicted to be in the 60s and 70s for the high.
