There used to be, maybe still is, a flour product which was packaged as Hudson’s Flour, from the Stafford County Flour Mills. I think maybe the package had a drawing of a sort of humorous cow, with a farm building in the background. That’s what I first thought of when I looked at the earlier photo you posted, the one of the old building on which was painted HUDSON HOUSE. Next time I go to the grocery store, I’m going to look for Hudson Flour.
