  1. Woo! Hoo! You’ll be dancin’ in no time! Dave turn on the music and grab the girl by the waste. No dosy-doing though, just take it slow.

  2. Whew! That top photo looks scary. It was nice of Dave to be there to do your photo shooting for you. It doesn’t seem like it was six weeks ago – but I bet it seemed like more to you. We are glad you are getting back to normal, Cheryl.

  3. cheryl did you take the pictures or did dave? i didn’t see any signing
on that cast. my heart pillow had them from all the nurses. take care and glad you have it off. now you can get to the part that iches and scrach it a good one!!!!

  4. Max, Dave took the pictures. And you know, no itching – that was a blessing.

Ele, no rope jumping – for awhile anyway. Or ever.

Rog, not flying off to Mehico. But I wouldn’t mind a vacation in Cancun.

April, I stayed out of dirty places.

Ralph, yes, winter would’ve been a killer.

Expat, maybe a belly dive onto the trampoline – or I would if I weren’t afraid of heights.

Kris, yep, walkin’ and talkin’ at the same time even.

    Onnalee, long 6 weeks.

  5. Congratulations on that accomplishment! I agree, never seen a cleaner cast. Best wishes for a great fall (the season NOT the activity)

  6. Oh—be very careful with the barefoot. Kris, my granddaughter, who is, by the way, majoring in dance at SMU, was dancing (modern dance) barefoot and fell on the side of her foot and she still has 3 weeks to go before getting her cast off and off the crutches.
