Bowl o’ Zorro

Zorro is sleeping away the morning.

Maybe his spirits are dampened.

You know how every time there’s an event – a festival, a parade – and it rains – and the newspaper, any newspaper, or TV, any TV station, reports on it, the reporter always, always, always says, “Rain didn’t dampen any spirits today.”

1) Try a new line.

2) And, unless it’s a rain dance party, I’ll bet the rain did dampen spirits, some anyway.  Just sayin’.
