Marquette museums

A couple of the museums in Marquette’s museum district. Downtown Marquette.

This is the same kind of merry-go-round that I played on ONE afternoon during my childhood – in a family park near the Arkansas River. An hour or two of shady delight at a picnic with a bunch of kids – and I’ve never forgotten it.

See, it has this ball joint, so not only does the merry-go-round go in circles, you can push it in and out, in little loops. Fun, fun, fun.
