Today is Henry’s 91st birthday!
But it was yesterday that we celebrated Dave’s dad’s big day. He had nine candles in a circle and one in the middle.

They were married in 1940, so it’ll be sixty-nine years in June, going on seventy. Happy birthday Dad.

Sixty-nine years. How wonderful. They’ve spent so much of their lives together.
How did they meet? Did they grow up in the same town? And how old were they when they met?
