By OK, I should be writing. But while doing actual research for a column, I wandered onto a web site with dozens of Kansas links. One of those links was to the Kansas Treasurer’s Office, the Unclaimed Money division.
So – I typed in my name, nothing, then family names. When I started typing in names of friends, I started getting hits. So, I kept going. I found at least a dozen friends and acquaintances who have money being held for them.

Cheryl found some for me. However, since it was $9.95, I didn’t think it was worth giving them my Social Security # and my Driver’s License #. If the 1st doesn’t hurry up and get here, I might do that tho’. lol
