We only got to see The Plaza from car windows as we tried to find our way out of KCMO. I wish we could have gotten out and walked around–not for the shops but for the very interesting architecture.
The architecture is what drew me down to the plaza nearly every weekend while I lived in Kansas City and a lot of weekends when I was still living in Emporia. Something about it was calming to me. I felt so relaxed down there…
