A hallway wall at the KPR studios is loaded down with awards. And there are more awards sitting on a nearby shelf, waiting to be hung.
Oh, and two trophy cases in the lobby hold additional awards. (Did I mention Station of the Year?) KPR has been honored as the Kansas Association of Broadcasters non-commercial ‘Station of the Year’ nine out of the past 12 years.
In the hallway near the awards wall is a display of old radios.
