Some time back, Flyover Friend Simon (englishbloke) sent me a package of English food items. Included was a tin of Colman’s Mustard (Est’d. 1814). It’s the best stuff – it has a nice bite.

Cooked some hamburgers (the beef came from Jim at the Farmer’s Market) for lunch today and mixed up a bit of Simon’s mustard: 1 part dry mustard, 1 part water.

Yum.
