    What? No yellow beak? No cute little yellow boots? No RED –completely red–head?
    Actually, KU did not invent the Jayhawker. If you were born in Kansas, you ARE a Jayhawker….didn’t we all learn that in first grade? “The Jayhawker is a symbol of a Kansan.” (not the ‘state’ bird though)
