Deep and dark December day
We’ve had rain all day in Emporia. Driving down Ninth Street is like driving a ski boat and crossing the wake. There’s that “krrrr” as the car catches the deep water. Western Kansas is getting the precipitation in the form of snow, blowing snow, blizzardy snow; we’re getting the rain. So far.
Beautiful drive
