If you live in the KTWU viewing area, you might enjoy watching “The Flint Hills Special” that airs this Thursday, March 8, at 7 p.m.

The show will include five stories about the Flint Hills which have aired on Sunflower Journeys over the years, including one about the very first Symphony in the Flint Hills.

Tickets for this year’s Symphony in the Flint Hills go on sale Saturday, March 10. Here’s info on that.  (Although it doesn’t say what time the ticket sales begin – and last year I think they sold out in 35 minutes.)

And … if you enjoy KTWU’s programming, and if you are so inclined, send ’em some money to keep KTWU strong. There are a lot of expenses in keeping a public television station on the air. Please help support this fine service if you can.
