After a couple of rainy gray days, we have sunshine. The blizzard kept itself to the western half of the state and here we only had rain, about 2 inches of rain. Drought be gone. Maybe.
Today, the sun hit the Tropic of Capricorn and is headed back north. Slowly.
It’s the first day of winter, but the beginning of longer, lighter days. And speaking of lights, today seems like a good time to say Happy Hanukkah!
