We’ve had rain all day in Emporia. Driving down Ninth Street is like driving a ski boat and crossing the wake. There’s that “krrrr” as the car catches the deep water. Western Kansas is getting the precipitation in the form of snow, blowing snow, blizzardy snow; we’re getting the rain. So far.
We in Topeka are also somewhat soggy. There is a slight promise of snow later. What comes between may worry me.
