One evening last week, Dave and I enjoyed BBQ at Bobby D’s in downtown Emporia.
I had pulled pork sandwich and sweet potato fries.
Health food.
Dave’s rib tip dinner with cheesy potatoes and cole slaw.

They do just frie the sweet potatoe, or do they add something for a (better) taste.
J.P. – there was a bit of seasoning on them, but sweet potatoes would be good just plain, too, I think.
