On our way to Boulder in September, Dave and I visited Manitou Springs adjacent to Colorado Springs. It’s definitely a touristy place.
We stopped at the Sarhara Cafe and enjoyed falafel and hummus and all of that good stuff.

Oh, drat! Seeing that plate of delicious food reminds me that I had some very appetizing carry-home food from the Maple Leaf Weekend in Carthage, MO. But then when I left my daughter’s to come back to Kansas, I forgot to claim my food, left it behind me in the refrigerator. Dang!
