We were gone for a week, unplugged most of the time. Had a fabulous vacation in Boulder and the mountains.

My step father lives a bit over 4000 feet I think it is. He says he got used to it eventually, but even today if he goes to the coast (sea level) he feels full of energy.
I feel better at higher altitudes. The air is incredibly dry though and my lips dried out – I wasn’t drinking enough water.
The high spots in the province Friesland are the dikes, d-d!
