If I may ask, how does this meter work, the one we do use is a plastic glass on a pole.
J.P. I’m not sure of the mechanism inside, but underneath that cover is some sort of meter. A city worker comes by once a month, lifts the cover and reads a number from the meter.

My daughter’s (rescued on a street corner in K.C. last summer) had 3 kittens and one of them as 6 toes. I think the vet had a name for 6-toed cats but I don’t remember the word.
