Max McCoy

From Roger Heineken:

Max McCoy is the kind of writer W.A.White would love to visit with on his ample porch in Emporia, Kansas. This Sunday, McCoy visits the Sage’s porch to discuss his view of and experiences in Investigative Journalism.

Max McCoy is an award winning author, journalist and educator in the English Department of Emporia State University.

  1. Max was at the River City Reading Festival in Lawrence today. His Hellfire Canyon is a 2008 Kansas notable book and he just recently learned it will become an audio book.

  2. Max gave an engaging presentation with his insights on the field of journalism and he filled it with personal anecdotes from his own experiences with the Joplin World.

  3. Can’t wait to read his book you recommended Rog!!!!!!!
