Paul Harris, a British journalist with The Observer, spoke this afternoon at Washburn University in Topeka. His topic: “What’s the Matter with Everyone Else?: A Foreign Perspective on Kansas.” His talk was a Kansas Day event sponsored by the Washburn Center for Kansas Studies.
