   I always wish I could see inside these churches. Unfortunately, most churches are locked now. An act that is sadly necessary due to a few nutcases in our society.

   There’s a tiny church in a tiny town up not far from KC. From the outside it’s just a little white church. From the inside though it’s amazing. There’s a statue of the Pieta that I couldn’t figure out how they got it in. Made me wonder if the church was built around it. Someday I’ll go back up there, if I can find it again.

   SOme churches look grand from the outside, but then get inside, and they’re relatively plain.

   I think it’s time for a FOP meet at St. Marks. I think the last time we were there, we were in the addition/remodeling phase, so you should come to see it all finished! I could even bring you lunch, if you tell me what you’d like. …..but no fried pickles. (I had them once at Sonic a few years ago, but I don’t think they were something I’d order again. …probably because I didn’t get any “dipping” sauce.)
   how about next Sunday at 11:00/11:30 or June 1–same time. –or the 15th? Wait! I’ll be out of school! It wouldn’t even have to be a Sunday!

   I’d enjoy another get together. You shouldn’t have to supply lunch for everyone though. LOL ALthough, I know I’d enjoy that. Can I have anything I want? Anything? Well, except fried pickles? LOL

   We could have pot luck. Or we could each bring our own lunches.
