OK, except for things like art and books, normally I don’t post things here that are for sale, such as other people’s houses or their cars, their puppies, their penguins… but heck, you never know what’s gonna show up on the Flyover People Daily News.

Anyhoo, this gal Flips has been sending me e-mails (many!) with pictures of her house for sale in Cottonwood Falls, which is located just down the street from Ye Olde Courthouse…

Now, if you’d just puhleeeze buy her house this weekend during the open house, then I won’t have to keeeeeep getting those “my house is for sale” e-mails from her. So, help me out here, will ya?

There’s like this Grand Opening of the Cottonwood River Bridge, part of the Community Connection Trail, Friday, Nov. 2 at 1 p.m., so you can catch that event.

You are also invited to the Bruce’s “Open House” at their home 4-sale at 125 Pearl St. Cottonwood Falls, Ks. (1/2 block East of the Historic Chase County Court House)– for coffee & cookies at 1:30 PM until 4:00 PM, Friday, Nov. 2.

The Open House will also be held on Sat. & Sun. Nov. 3 & 4 from 2:00 to 4:00PM.
