Lunch in Beaumont

Dave had some sort of burger inside a tortilla. He took a bite from the onion ring before I had a chance to photograph the plate!

We stopped at Beaumont on a trip we made to South Central Kansas in mid-August.

I had a BLT. Very good.

    And you know what else? I don’t like bacon so much that I won’t let anyone fix it in my house, because I can smell it for so long after. It smells chemically to me.

    But that sandwich looks so good that it harked me back to the days that I loved bacon.
