As usual, I loved your column, Cheryl! I am a native Kansan and I haven’t been to nearly enough Kansas places! Your column is an advertisement for touring Kansas! I want to see the rocks! I want to see the hills! I want to see all the OLD buildings! I want pie!

Now, if they would only kick the Dept. of Transportation’s rear to get the WAW House Historic Site brown signs installed on the highways. It was to have happened last year. I’ve recently been a squeaky wheel. We will see what happens. Our Rep. Hill was quickly responsive and serves on the Tourism Committee. I have faith in Don to leverage this.

So many different places to see and study, but so little time…and so far away…a true definition of frustration!!
