Ft. Scott First United Methodist
Catty-cornered from the Bourbon County Courthouse in Ft. Scott is the First United Methodist Church. The building is big and mighty.
There’s a dome on the main section and then this side area - and more that wouldn’t fit in the photo.

That is an impressive building. I have always associated blond brick or stone with Baptist churches though and red brick with Methodist so it seems strange to see such massive blond building for a Methodist church. It is beautiful.
