Beads Central
Plum Bazaar (formerly known as Dayton’s Hobby Shop and Tallgrass Art & Frame) is quite a find for crafty people, especially those who make jewelry.
The store has just opened in the 600 block of Commercial Street. It was always fun to wander around Dayton’s, but in the new place, there’s plenty of r-o-o-m for the beads to be properly displayed. It’s fun to look at all they’ve got.

I was truly surprised when I moved to austin and couldn’t find a bead store with nearly the selection (or the good prices) that they had at dayton’s. I’ve had to resort to hobby lobby and the quality just isn’t the same. It’s good to hear they are still up and running. If I’m ever back up there I’ll have to stock up on some beads…
