Broadview Tower (s) from another angle. I’ve always wanted to go up into the little observation deck on top. It’d be a great place to view incoming tornadoes. Trouble is, up there you’re eight flights from the basement.

    What is it up there for? Is it part of the radio staiton, the weather service-storm watchers, an exclusive penthouse?
