After a delicious lunch at the Hays House on Saturday, Dave and I wandered up Main Street in Council Grove. A town with plenty of history intact, it has some fine old buildings downtown.

Greensburg is getting some good press on CBS’s EARLY SHOW this week. Their weather guy, Dave Price, is reporting live from Greensburg.
The EF-5 tornado struck nearly a year ago, May 4, 2007.
They’ve mentioned that Greensburg has been hit by eight tornadoes since 1993.
