Dave and I had dinner at Emporia’s newest restaurant, the Huddle House, this evening. It’s at the Flying J Truck Stop just west of town. Clint Bowyer was there. Well, sort of.
I had the French toast, bacon and eggs. Very good.
Dave had the pot roast. He said it was good.
Glad some thing is back in there— one–of the last times we went through Emporia on the way home– it was something like before 4:00 AM– & we didn’t know they cafe they had at Flying J was closed– so we got coffee to go & stopped at Beto Junction– Glad something is back in there!!!
Glad there is something there! Unfortunately, we’ll only be around for two more weeks…
