Trail Ridge Road, Rocky Mountain National Park

  1. Saw a couple of those on my drive to Bentonville, AR, in September. I hadn’t thought about it at the time, but you’re right; we do get used to seeing off into the distance. Roads like this are mysteries.

  2. I have lived in upstate NY forever. When I visited Kansas for the first time in 2004, I fell in love with the lack of curves. Now I would rather drive in Kansas anyday of the week. Upstate NY is nothing but hills and turns and trees, drives me crazy at times. Kansas folks know how to do roads thats for sure.
