The Big Well Gift Shop in downtown Greensburg now stocks Flyover People: Life on the Ground in a Rectangular State. The book has an essay about the tornado/town, so I’m pleased that they are carrying the book there.
A new gift shop/visitor’s center will be constructed near the Big Well itself, so this is temporary quarters for them.
Across the street is a block full of storefronts – probably 7-8 new businesses in new brick buildings. And on the side facing US 400, there’s a nice coffee shop where I enjoyed a sandwich for lunch (with Sun Chips.)

OH! Now I see the “Sun Chips” on the building. They make Sun Chips in Greensburg?
