Burdick Meat Locker

April 21st, 2010 at 6:11 am

It was Sunday and the meat locker was closed, but the store looks to still be in business.

I loved these Rainbo signs on the Meat Locker’s screen door. This reminds me of childhood. My hometown grocery had Rainbo on its door.

My folks used to have our meat processed at Burdick. Like you, I love the Rainbo screen doors — a sign of childhood.

We (well, not me personally) would take our pigs to Burdick, too.
