Rain and snow today. Snow tonight and tomorrow. Three to four inches of snow expected.

    I’m on call and I’m sure I’ll get called out a dozen times tonight.Just my luck. Why do these things hit on Thursdays?

    Way to go, weather, give me snow on my days off again! I’m betting on less than four inches here in Topeka, and slightly more down south there and so on…however, it’s not quite cold enough to snow here right now. We had tiny little snowballs falling this morning but now you can only see moisture on the pavements.

    Just got back from Emporia. It’s cold up there. It’s cold down here. It’s wet outside.

    We went to the thrift store in the big gray building on Commerical. They actually had some stuff I wanted. Some great fabric for doll making, saved a lot on that. And a hairbrush like my favorite one I lost years ago. The prices are right in there too.

    Went to Post Abandoned. Prices are a bit higher, but they’re going a good job. I bought a little piece of fused glass to embellish my purse.

    I also much note, that store smells SO much better than when it was the Hornet’s Nest. And what nice people are in there. They have a new dog too, a 12 week old doberman, such a sweet face! We’ll go back to both stores.
