Downtown Emporia. The Celebrate Emporia banners are up a little late this year. Usually they go up on the winter solstice, but probably due to snow or budgets or busyness, the city didn’t get them up until just the last week or so.
Nikki B’s is an embroidery shop where they embroider logos and things on shirts and hats.
