Looks like your average baby blue building.

Here’s the side. There’s pretty limestone underneath that blue paint. Why would anyone ever paint over this?

    Yeah, Jenni is right. But it might have been someone who just got this idea………… And then stopped before he or she did the whole building. Sometimes what seems like a great idea at one moment turns out not so great at another moment.

    This is from someone who has moments.
