Tomatoes and Tartlets

While many huddled around the tomato vendors, I headed south in the parking lot to the …
… tartlet vendor. Apple and chocolate-pecan tartlets were sold by the European Bakeshop at this afternoon’s Farmers Market. One of each came home with me.
Ooooooh…!! Delicate, delightful and decadent..! Are they as good as they look..? The chocolate-pecan would be my favorite… methink…!
The chocolate-pecan was great, but the I stole a slice off the apple and it was lighter and very delicious, too.
Yummy! But don’t the tomatoes look good too!
And I have off next week. Maybe I’ll try to come over one day!
Is the European bakeshop there every Wednesday afternoon?
Janet, the European Bakeshop is at the Market often, but not always. I know I was looking for them one day and they weren’t there, but I don’t remember if it was a Wed. p.m. or a Sat a.m.
